Ashton Carter reflects shallow understanding of India by immorally selfish USA

Sub:- USA should first develop friendship with the people of India and not merely with government of India.
--- This refers to article (A Firm Strategic Handshake: The India –US partnership is moving to embrace defense tech transfers and maritime collaboration) in ‘The Times of India’ dated April, 11 by US Secretary of defense Ashton B Carter which can best be a lecture to the students of journalism who can use his meaningless high sounding words & phrases for rhetoric purpose about some fancy new global political order and which is nowhere to be seen thanks mainly to USA itself.
Carter’s article is nothing but an attempt to rope-in India for sharing the burden of USA in Pacific region and in terrorism infested NAME and AF-PAK region without even doing anything about India getting permanent membership of UN (with veto rights or preferably voting rights to all members as per formula based on contribution of men, material and money to UN by member countries).
Carter’s article is a classic example how to talk over the people of India than to the people of India. Secretary Carter (i)- Neither knows the economic realities of India where ten Indian States are facing acute water shortage and drought like situation where tens of thousands of farmers continue to commit suicide every year where unemployment is horribly high despite PM Modi’s content-less glamorous programs like ‘Make in India’ etc (ii)- Nor knows the political realities of India where India without realizing the fact that due to failure of India to retrieve POK India is facing all the present problems regarding nationalism, patriotism etc which is dividing India (including students) in a politically explosive way (iii)- Nor knows the military realities of India where India will not be at peace unless it retrieves POK and reaches just & fair settlement of borders with China
Al these problems of India can be solved if India recovers $ ~ 15 Trillion tax out of black money but due to corruption the government of India is not doing it hence agitation all across India for recovering this tax money is being sought as given below:-

Being a country of over 1.25 billion people practicing secular democracy and that too in this part of Asia, India is certainly the most important country the friendship of which USA should desire. But if so-called leader of free world the USA is really interested in developing real friendship with India then it should first of all try to develop friendship with the people of India and for this persuading / constraining government of India to recover said Rs. ~ 1,000 Trillion tax money is sine-qua-non which will not only solve all the problems of India but will also enable India to be equal partner of USA in its efforts of ushering the mankind in a human rights friendly global political order through modified UN.
