Oslo Humanitarian Conference 24 February on Nigeria and the Lake Chad Region

A major humanitarian crisis is unfolding in Nigeria and the Lake Chad region. This crisis has been largely overlooked.

Norway, together with Germany, Nigeria and the UN OCHA, is therefore seeking to mobilise greater international attention, involvement and increased funding for humanitarian efforts to prevent the situation from deteriorating further. They will host an international donor conference in Oslo on 24 February.
