Prez / PM should initiate process of inviting UNPKF in case of highly likely (as per ruling BJP MP) 'civil war' in India

Sub:- If global community does nothing, nobody will be more happy than ISIS etc about their easy entry in India due to what is presently happening in India
Ref:- (i)- BJP MP Subramanian Swamy’s warning should be taken seriously that in case disputed site is given by SCI to Muslims then it may not be possible to handle law and order problem in India (ii)- BJP came in power at union and in many States only due to demolition of Babri Masjid and oppression of Muslims by Hindu India (iii)- Victory of Muslims in Babri-Masjid case will finish BJP politically in India (iv)- BJP will not allow it and will press ‘Sangh Parivar’ to trigger civil war, an euphemism for the massacre of Muslims by Hindus (v)- Major part of Hindus would like to see Muslims crushed by ‘Sangh Parivar’ (vi)- (communally prejudiced) merely ~ 4 million military, para-military and police force of Hindu majority ~1.3 Billion India, will be no match for rioting ‘Sangh Parivar’(vii)- 2017 is not 1992 – 2002 rather ISIS will be glad to intervene in projected massacre of Muslims by Hindus (viii)- Kashmir already a fertile ground for the entry of ISIS in India (ix)- India should not be caught unawares and unprepared about said civil war (x)- Prez Mukherjee and PM Modi should initiate process of UNPKF in case of said civil war (xi)- NHRC should be entrusted task of chalking-out a detailed structure (with the help of SHRCs) to use UNPKF and Indian security forces under section 129, 130,131 CrPc.in case of said civil war to help Executive Magistrates (xii)- Indian Muslims should not rely merely on Prez & PM rather should approach UN directly and through global community (especially Muslim Countries).
------When leaders of Indian Muslims started showing their preference for judicial verdict (and no out of court settlement or mediation by Supreme Court of India) after CJI offered mediation as mentioned at http://www.alwihdainfo.com/India-On-Supreme-Court-offer-Museum-leaders-talking-against-interests-of-Indian-Muslims-Islam_a52131.html BJP realized that Hindus will lose the case in Court because it is title suit and not a partition suit (as U.P. High Court illegally converted it). Thereafter an insider of ‘Sangh Parivar’ non-party the BJP MP Subramanian Swamy (who was allowed to assist the court in good faith) started misusing the goodwill of the Court and is trying to become a pro-Hindutva party and is stoking the fire of communalism (by appearing on many TV channels after getting legitimacy and clout from SCI in legally objectionable manner) by inciting Hindus to expect Muslims to shift the site of Babri-Masjid on other side of river Sarayu. Swamy is also saying (on TV channels) that in case disputed site is given by SCI to Muslims then it may not be possible to handle law and order problem in India. This warning of large scale communal riots (rather massacre by Hindus of innocent Muslims including children, women and old people) all across India being given by Swamy, should be taken seriously by all.
The BJP (which had only 2 MPs in 1984) came in power at union and in many States only due to anti- Babri-Masjid movement it started in later half of eighties and due to demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992 and due to ‘Sangh Parivar’ sponsored oppression of Muslims by Hindu India. Hence it does not require a genius of political science to understand that the victory of Muslims in Babri-Masjid case will finish BJP politically and it will, sooner than later, lose power at centre and in all the States of India wherever it is presently in power. Obviously BJP will not allow it and will press ‘Sangh Parivar’ to trigger civil war, an euphemism for the massacre of Muslims by Hindus. This is also a foregone conclusion that major part of Hindus (who in popular perception suffered atrocities by Muslims invaders and rulers on Hindus for ~ 1,000 years) would like to see Muslims crushed by ‘Sangh Parivar’.
Here it is important to note that the reserve military of India is already bogged down in Kashmir where it is doing civilian duty under protection of AFSPA, SPA etc. Hence it cannot be removed from Kashmir for the fear of easy entry of ISIS especially in view of alienation of Kashmiri Youth after killing of Hizbul Commander Burhan Wani in July 2016 (and attended over 5 months of shutdown in Kashmir). Otherwise also the communally prejudiced merely ~ 4 million military, para-military and police force of Hindu majority ~ 1.3 Billion India, will be no match for rioting Hindutva forces of ‘Sangh Parivar’ all over India.
Moreover not only Kashmir, in rest of India too, 2017 is not 1992 – 2002. Rather now ISIS will be glad to intervene in projected massacre of Muslims by Hindus which will be easier for ISIS as media reports on the basis of functionaries of governments of India and of States (of ISIS hand in train blast of March 7, 2017 in M.P handled by ISIS agents in U.P and reports of ISIS presence in many parts of India), suggest. Of course Pakistan as usual [as it did on Pakistan day March 23, 2017 also when its High Commissioner in India showed sympathy with allegedly harassed Kashmiris (and of course with Kashmir cause) and which incensed government of India] can easily be counted in making communal atmosphere of India further poisonous. All these do not portend well rather is an indication of blood-bath in India in case disputed site of Babri Masjid is given by SCI to Muslims (which is almost certain as mentioned above)
Therefore India should not be caught unawares and unprepared about said civil war and should be sensitive about protecting the human rights of the people of India (especially of minorities) as enshrined in ICCPR of UN. President Mukherjee / Prime Minister Modi should initiate process of inviting ‘United Nation Peacekeeping Force’ (UNPKF) on short notice whenever needed in case of civil war (because as mentioned above the security forces of India will not be adequate to handle the situation). The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) should also be entrusted the task of formulating a detailed structure with the help of State Human Rights Commissions (SHRCs) to use UNPKF in tandem with Indian security forces for maintaining peace under section 129, 130,131 CrPc. in case of said civil war by helping Executive Magistrates in the areas.
But Indian Muslims will be fools of the first order if they rely merely on Prez & PM (who’s parties have unsavory records about Babri-Masjid demolition in 1992 and massacre of Muslims in its aftermath from 1992 up-to 2002). Hence Indian Muslims should approach UN directly and through global community (especially through Muslim Countries) if they do not want to join the unfortunate club of Muslims of rest of the World (in NAME including Syria and AF-PAK region where tens of millions of Muslims are bleeding and weeping profusely)
