La coopération avec l'Union africaine est essentielle pour que les Nations Unies puissent remplir leur mandat, a déclaré samedi le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, António Guterres, à Addis-Abeba, en Éthiopie, où les deux organisations ont signé un nouvel accord pour renforcer leur collaboration dans une série de domaines.
