EGYPTE, Caire - Le président soudanais Omar el Béchir est arrivé mercredi au Caire, où il doit s'entretenir avec son homologue égyptien. Omar el Béchir est le premier chef d'Etat en exercice à faire l'objet d'un mandat d'arrêt de la Cour pénale internationale. Il risque en théorie l'arrestation dans tous ses déplacements à l'étranger.
