# Gouvernement : Changement à la Défense, Kamougué devient Ministre conseiller

N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - Un décret Présidentiel annoncé tôt ce matin, procède à un remaniement au sein du Ministère de la Défense Nationale. Le Ministre sortant Kamougué Wadal Abdelkader devient Ministre conseiller à la Présidence de la République.  
  
Le nouveau Ministre de la Défense Nationale Nationale s'appelle Bichara Issa Djadallah. Il devrait être installé dans ses fonctions ce Lundi et entre désormais dans le Gouvernement de Emmanuel Nandigar.
