Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, Son Excellence M. Kalzeubé Payimi DEUBET, représentant le Président de la République, Son Excellence M. Idriss Déby ITNO a procédé ce vendredi 17 Avril 2015, à la pose de la première pierre de construction d’un second pont sur le fleuve Chari et son accès long de 2500 mètres linéaires.
