Le Tchad, au nom du groupe des pays voisins de la Libye exprime toute sa satisfaction suite au paraphe en terre marocaine, d’un accord de paix inter-libyen sous l’égide de l’Envoyé spécial du secrétaire général des Nations Unies pour la Libye, M. Bernardino Léone. Le gouvernement du Tchad encourage vivement le Congrès général national siégeant à Tripoli à se joindre à l’accord.
