Les pourparlers libyens qui se sont déroulés pendant deux jours au bureau des Nations Unies à Genève se sont achevés jeudi dans une atmosphère positive, a déclaré le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général pour la Libye, Bernardino Leon.
