# Libye : l'ONU se dit encouragée par le paraphe d'un accord de paix au Maroc

Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, s'est dit dimanche encouragé par le paraphe d'un accord de paix par les parties libyennes samedi à Skhirat, au Maroc, où se déroulent depuis des mois des pourparlers.
