La décentralisation des centres d’approvisionnement en eau potable pour Antananarivo, et sa grande banlieue, fait partie des projets structurants lancés depuis quelques années par le Gouvernement, à travers la Jirama. En effet, si Mandroseza était, jusqu’ici, le seul centre en service, trois nouvelles unités ont été créées, respectivement à Ambatofotsy, Avaradrano, pour la zone Nord-Est… \[…\]
