Profondément préoccupé par les graves violations du cessez-le-feu qui ont eu lieu au Mali ces derniers jours, le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-mon, a appelé mercredi à une cessation immédiate des hostilités au nord du pays.
