L'ex-chef de la diplomatie malienne Moctar Ouane a été nommé dimanche au poste de Premier ministre de la transition, au terme d'un décret du président Bah Ndaw.  
  
Il a occupé le poste de ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale en 2014 et a été reconduit en 2007 et 2009.
