**I. INTRODUCTION**

Faisant suite à l’engagement que j’avais pris devant le Comité des Représentants permanents (COREP), le 7 mars 2018, j'ai le plaisir de soumettre le présent rapport au COREP sur les mesures prises par la Commission en vue de l'harmonisation du cadre réglementaire du marché de l'électricité en Afrique. Le rapport a été préparé par le Département des Infrastructures et de l'Energie de la Commission.
