PARIS - Le parquet de Paris a requis le renvoi aux assises pour complicité de génocide de Pascal Simbikangwa, un ex-capitaine de l'armée rwandaise, ce qui pourrait donner lieu au premier procès en France d'un génocidaire rwandais présumé, a annoncé lundi le parquet à l'AFP.
