DAKAR (Sénégal) - Le gouvernement sénégalais a lancé un avis d'appel d'offres pour la construction d'une prison. L'annonce destinée aux entreprises est parue dans plusieurs journaux sénégalais hier. Au moment où l'ouverture du procès de l'ancien chef de l'Etat tchadien, Hissein Habré est imminent, tout porte à croire que l'etablissement pénitentiaire lui est bel et bien destiné. C'est en tout cas le rapprochement qui émane de plusieurs médias.
