A l'occasion d'une réunion du Conseil de sécurité consacrée à la situation en Somalie, le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général pour ce pays, Nicholas Kay, a souligné mardi les progrès réalisés par un pays qui fonctionne mieux et où prédomine désormais le dialogue politique.
