La Représentante spéciale du Secrétaire général pour le Soudan du Sud, Ellen Margrethe Loej, a exprimé jeudi devant le Conseil de sécurité sa profonde préoccupation concernant la détérioration de la situation en matière de sécurité en avril et en mai.
