Le Premier Ministre Kalzeubé Payimi DEUBET a convié ce mercredi 29 Avril 2015 matin la presse à son cabinet, pour une communication. C’était en présence de quelques membres du Gouvernement. Ainsi, le Chef du Gouvernement a annoncé solennellement l’atteinte par le Tchad du point d’achèvement de l’Initiative Pays Pauvres très Endettés (IPPTE).
