Le président du Conseil militaire de transition (CMT), Mahamat Idriss Deby, a signé un décret portant nomination à des postes de responsabilité à la commune de N’Djamena. Les fonctionnaires dont les noms suivent sont nommés aux postes de responsabilité ci-après :
