Par Décret N°0444/PT/2023 du 20 mars 2023, les personnalités dont les noms suivent sont nommées Conseillers Spéciaux à la Présidence de la République. Il s'agit de :  
  
\- M. DJONTAN MARCEL HOÏNATI;  
\- M. BOKHIT ABDRAMAN HAGGAR;  
\- Mme. MARIE-THÉRÈSE MBAILEMDANA;  
\- M. BRAHIM SEID MAHAMAT.
