Par Décret N°0010/PT/2024 du 08 janvier 2024, Monsieur ABDEL-NASSER MAHAMAT ALI GARBOA est nommé Président du Conseil d'Administration de la Société Tchadienne des Eaux (STE) en remplacement de Monsieur PASSALE KANABE MARCELIN.
