Par arrêté n° 057/PT/PMT/MENPC/SG/2024 du 28 mars 2024, M. Abdoulaye Séïd est nommé correspondant national de la CONFEMEN (Conference des ministres de l'Education des Pays ayant le français en partage) au Tchad. Il remplace à ce poste M. Ahidjo Abraham, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
