# Tchad : Amouna Ali Sougui nommée DGA de l’ANATS

Amouna Ali Sougui est nommée directrice générale adjointe de l’Agence nationale des titres sécurisés (ANATS). Elle était précédemment directrice générale adjointe du Matériel et de la Logistique au ministère de l’Administration du territoire.  
  
Présidente de l'Association ZILLOUL-ARCH, elle a notamment été membre du Présidium du dialogue national (7ème rapporteur général).
