N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - Un décret du chef de l'Etat nomme Djontan Marcel Hoïnati et Taher Youssouf Boye respectivement Directeur général et Directeur général adjoint de la Police nationale. Koutibara Ahmat Léo est nommé Directeur de la Sécurité publique.
