# Tchad : Idriss Déby rétrograde un général pour "manquement et insubordination à la hiérarchie"

Le décret n° 2007 du 23 novembre 2019 porte rétrogradation d'un officier général des forces armées.  
  
Le général de brigade Ibrahim Souleymane Bachar des forces armées et de Sécurité est rétrogradé au grade de colonel pour manquement à la discipline militaire et insubordination à la hiérarchie.  
  
Il est pris sur proposition du ministre délégué à la Présidence, chargé de la défense nationale, de la sécurité, des anciens combattants et victimes de guerre.
