Par Arrêté N°0110/PT/PM/2024 du 31 janvier 2024, Monsieur Laona Gong Raoul est nommé Conseiller Spécial à la Primature.  
  
Initialement nommé à ce même poste il y a quelques mois par l'ancien premier ministre Saleh Kebzabo, Laona Gong Raoul avait décliné la proposition.
