Il avait représenté le Président de la République, le Maréchal Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, à la 7e Réunion de Coordination de l’Union Africaine qui s'est tenue à Malabo.  
  
  
À son arrivée à l’aéroport international Hassan Djamous, il a été accueilli par la Ministre Secrétaire Générale du Gouvernement, Mme Ramatou Houtouin Mahamat, accompagnée de membres du cabinet du Premier Ministre.
