# Tchad : Le chef du Protocole d'Etat muté au Maroc

N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - Le Directeur du Protocole d'Etat, Mahamat Abdelrassoul vient d'être nommé Ambassadeur du Tchad au Maroc, avec résidence à Rabat, selon un décret du chef de l'Etat.  
  
Mahamat Abdelrassoul a été nommé Directeur général du Protocole d’Etat au ministère des Relations extérieures le 8 juillet 2009.  
  
Après plus de cinq ans de service, il cède sa place à Fadlassit Ali Naffa qui prend la tête du Protocole d'Etat. Son adjoint est Naloum Boroumdou.
