Par décret N°2474/PR/PM/MSPI/2025 du 03 octobre 2025, les Officiers généraux et l'officier supérieur dont les noms suivent sont nommés aux postes de responsabilité ci-après :  
  
GARDE NATIONALE ET NOMADE DU TCHAD (GNNT):  
● Commandant: Général de Division BOURMA HEMCHI TCHOUGOUBOU, ID: 07020099 en remplacement du Général de Corps d'Armée, ABAKAR CHOUA ALLAHI, appelé à d'autres fonctions.   
● Commandant 1er adjoint: Général de Division ISSAKA KOTY YACOUB, ID: 07032902, maintenu.   
● Commandant 2ème adjoint : Colonel DJIDDI AHMAT GALMAY, ID: 99000141, en remplacement du Général de Division BOURMA HEMCHI TCHOUGOUBOU, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
