Par arrêté n° 11231 du 10 octobre 2023, M. MADTOINGUE BENELNGAR est nommé Directeur de Cabinet du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement de Transition, en remplacement de M. MOUDWE DAGA.  
  
MADTOINGUE BENELNGAR est l’ancien directeur administratif, financier, comptable et des matériels de la Société nationale d’électricité (SNE).
