# Tchad : Mahamat Ibrahim Siam nommé conseiller spécial à la Présidence

Mahamat Ibrahim Siam est nommé conseiller spécial à la Présidence de la République, selon un décret du 18 octobre 2022 signé par le président de la transition.  
  
Le 24 novembre 2021, il a été installé comme consul honoraire de la République Tchèque au Tchad. Il est l'ancien maire de la commune du 1er arrondissement de N'Djamena.
