N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - Cinq officiers supérieurs des forces armées et de sécurité ont été élevés au rang et appellation de Général de brigade à titre exceptionnel sur décret du chef de l'Etat, Idriss Déby.  
  
Il s'agit des Colonels Adam Haraï Siri, Adam Houno Nassour, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, Baradine Hissein Haggar et Fouzari Hassan Mahamat.
