N'DJAMENA (Tchad) - Récemment nommé ambassadeur du Tchad en Afrique du Sud, Nagoum Yamassoum est de retour à N'Djamena où il occupera désormais la présidence du Conseil Constitutionnel. L'ancien Premier ministre avait été nommé en août dernier au poste d'ambassadeur, son successeur n'a pas encore été désigné.
