Par décret n°0034/PT/2022 du 09 novembre 2022, Monsieur PAUL MBAINADOUM est nommé Président du Conseil d'Administration de l'Agence Nationale d'Appui au Développement Rural (ANADER).  
  
Ancien gouverneur du Guera, il a notamment occupé le poste de conseiller à la Présidence.
