Par décret No 2333/PR/PM/MEE/2025 du 23 septembre 2025, les personnalité dont les noms suivent sont nommées aux postes de responsabilité ci-après à la Société Tchadienne d’Electricité (TCHADELEC) :  
  
Directeur général : Monsieur SALEH BEN HALIKI, nouveau poste ;  
Directeur général adjoint : Monsieur GANDALA ANDRÉ, nouveau poste.
