Au ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports, par décret N°0938/PR/PM/MJS/2025 du 13 mai 2025, le Stade sis au quartier Mandjafa dans la ville de Ndjamena est baptisé : Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Deby Itno.
