C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous apprenons le décès de Madame Kaltouma Attahir Hileou, Deuxième Secrétaire de séance du Conseil provincial du Salamat. Elle s'est éteinte ce mercredi 18 mars 2026 à N'Djamena.  
  
Sa disparition laisse un vide immense au sein des institutions qu'elle a servies avec dévouement et professionnalisme.
