Le colonel Hassan Guihini Khamissa, conseiller spécial à la Présidence de la République, est décédé ce mardi 27 juillet 2021 à N'DJamena, a appris Alwihda Info.  
  
Le président du Conseil militaire de transition, le général Mahamat Idriss Deby, rend hommage à un homme consensuel et un cadre qui a servi avec dévouement le pays.  
  
Hassan Guihini a notamment été commandant du Groupement mobile d’intervention de la police (GMIP).
