Le décret n°1774 du 13 août 2020 porte nomination de **HASSABALLAH ABAKAR OUTMANE** en tant que directeur de cabinet du ministère de la Formation professionnelle et des Métiers, en remplacement de MBAIDJE DINGAM FRANCK, appelé à d'autres fonctions.
