Au terme d'un décret du 9 août 2019, la personnalité dont le nom suit est nommée à un poste de responsabilité :  
  
Djiddi Bichara Hassan est nommé au poste d'Ambassadeur du Tchad au Cameroun.  
  
L'intéressé bénéficiera de tous les droits prévus par le décret n° 570 du 23 avril 2012.
