# Tchad : décret de nomination d'un Sultan du Dar Bilia

Au terme d'un décret du 19 juillet 2019, Sidick Timan Déby est nommé Sultan du Dar Bilia, département d'Am Djarass, province de l'Ennedi Est.  
  
Il est assisté d'un secrétaire et de cinq goumiers. Il bénéficie des allocations mensuelles conformément aux décret n° 628 et 629 du 15 septembre 2016.
