Le décret n°1550 du 17 septembre 3019 porte nomination d’un chef de canton dans la province de l’Ennedi Ouest.  
  
Daoud Adam Abdallah est nommé chef de canton Ounia 2, dans la commune d’Ounianga-Kebir, département du Lac-Ounianga, province de l’Ennedi-Ouest.
