Le décret n°0079 de février 2020 porte nomination de **Mahamat Oumar Kessou** en tant que directeur général du Fond Spécial en faveur de l’Environnement (FSE).  
  
Il remplace Mme. Fatimé Soukar Terap, suspendue.
