# Tchad : décret de promotion de 158 officiers et sous-officiers à titre exceptionnel

Le décret n° 2142 du 20 octobre 2020 porte promotion d'officiers supérieurs et sous-officiers des forces armées et de sécurité à des grades supérieurs à titre exceptionnel.  
  
Le décret est pris sur proposition du ministre délégué à la Présidence, chargé des Armées, des anciens combattants et victimes de guerre.
