# Tchad : décret de rectification sur la réhabilitation d'un canton

Le décret n°1689 du 07 août 2020 porte rectificatif au décret n°1540/PR/PM/MATD du 19 septembre 2012, portant réhabilitation du Canton Hémat-Salmanié, sous-préfecture Nomade d'Assinet, Département du Batha-Est, Région du Batha.  
  
Les dispositions de l'article 1er du Décret N°1540/PR/PM/MATD/2012 du 19 septembre 2012 sont modifiées comme suit :  
  
AU LIEU DE: Le Canton Hémat-Salmanié, Sous-préfecture Nomade d'Assinet, Département du Batha-Est, Région du Batha est réhabilité (ancien article 1er) ;  
  
**IL FAUT LIRE: Le Canton Hémat-Salmanié, Commune d'Assinet, Département d'Assinet, Province du Batha, est réhabilité (nouveau article).** 
**Chef-lieu : CHIGUEK.**  
  
Le présent décret abroge toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires.  
  
Il est pris sur proposition du ministre de l'Administration du territoire et des Collectivités autonomes.
