Le décret n°1680 du 21 octobre 2019 porte nomination de Daouda Mahamat Khali, conseiller culturel à l’Ambassade du Tchad à Ouagadougou, au Burkina-Faso.  
  
Il est nommé en qualité de chargé d’affaires a.i. pour une période de deux ans et cinq mois.
