Le directeur général de la Police nationale, Ousmane Bassy Lougma, a signé le 5 janvier 2021 une note de service portant nomination à des postes de responsabilité :

Commissariat central de police pour la ville d'Am-Timan  
Commissaire central titulaire : commissaire principal de police Mahamat Saleh Malik Zaïd ;  
Commissaire central 1er adjoint : commissaire de police Hassan Youssouf Ambou ;  
Commissaire central 2ème adjoint : officier principal de police Danzoumbe Pagouï Françis ;  
Commandant de corps urbain central titulaire : commissaire de police Ahmat Doud Abdou ;  
Commandant de corps urbain central 1er adjoint : officier principal de police Koubi Ahmat Abdallah ;  
Commandant de corps urbain central 2ème adjoint : officier de police Haroun Ouaïdou.
