# Tchad : l'ex-ministre Mahamat Louani Goadi nommé PCA de l'ARSAT

Le président de la République nomme, aux termes du décret n°0229 du 18 février 2021, **Mahamat Louani Goadi** en tant que Président du Conseil d'Administration de l'Autorité de Régulation du Secteur Pétrolier Aval du Tchad (ARSAT). Le poste était vacant.  
  
**Mahamat Louani Goadi** a été plusieurs fois ministre (Finances, Communication, Postes et NTIC). Il a occupé notamment les postes de directeur général de la Caisse nationale de prévoyance sociale (CNPS) ainsi que de Trésorier payeur général.
