L'ancien ministre de la Santé publique Pr. Mahmoud Youssouf Khayal est nommé directeur général du Centre national de recherche pour le développement (CNRD), en remplacement de Dr. Baba Alhadj Mallah, aux termes d'un décret du 13 juillet 2023.
